Male seduction always caught my attention; it seemed to me that I had to pay homage to them in my paintings, and painted the body of a man, with a different technique.

 

This time I got a raw linen canvas, one of the peculiarities of the canvas, is; that you get it ready with a layer of gesso and acrylic (that's the way how the fabric is protected from the oils of the paintings, lengthening long life of this), those layers are what gives it the white appearance.

 

 

 

Well, now that you know this, you will understand how I did this.

 

I only prepare with the layers of gesso and acrylic, the painting parts, so the rest of the fabric is intact, the linen stays in a pure state. I used this technique in self-portraits, and they were a total success. I've never seen this before, so I think this style is a bit unique.

 

 

 

 

 

Peculiarities;

First Break Me was a white background, which turned to red. I wanted to give it a passionate touch. Still, the result did not suit me at all, so I had to cover the entire background, and this time it was black, intense and mysterious, which What it did was highlight the harmonic lines of the defined muscles.

 

Once I was happy with the result, I decided to show it to my acquaintances. I felt expectant to hear the feedback,

My surprise was that people looked at him and kept quiet, I did not understand very well if that was good or bad, the only thing I knew is that it impacted, and some did not even distinguish the figure of him.
